I have never had to do it personally, but i have heard a few stories.

hm, maybe I smiled nicer at the tech than you, I got to stay in the room

not a product you want to be needing in any case, if you need data unloader,

it means that your database cannot be forced open by any means known to Oracle and they have to go in and etch the data manually onto the dump files
