OT: Heard of Peregrine Power Enterprise?

Anyone out there had experience with Peregrine Software's Power Enterprise? I just started at a new client and got thrown onto a project which will be using this on Oracle. They chose this package, don't have technical details about it, don't have the software but the developers plan on installing it as 'just another schema' into a database. I hate to crush them so early on but if I must.

Anyhow Peregrine's web site was a useless bunch of mumbo-jumbo about pragmatic B2B CRM e-commerce e-procurement e-marketplace software.
