uh - the consumer isn't intelligent?
uh - the marketplace isn't competitive?
uh - the information is coming from Gartner Group and its not perfect?

oh. never mind. Everything I ever learned in 4 semesters of Econ was based upon these factors.

lets just go back to winning the war - ONE user at a time.
