Need oracle patch 8.1.7.1.1

I just downloaded patch 8.1.7.1.2 from metalink - in the readme (yes I actually read it before installing ) it states that the earliest version that this patch may be applied to is 8.1.7.1.1 - I can't find this patch on metalink anybody know where I can get it?
