Hello all,

About 2-3 months back, I had seen a good email from some sales guy on this list, descrbing what all performance meterics are a must, which metrics would be desirable and which perf. metrics would be optional in a perf. tool for monitoring oracle.

I need similar kind of info. now for monitoring Unix. Or any one know which performance metrics would any of you like to gauge so that you can be satisfied in a glance that your unix environment is working okay or not?
