Check your browser settings. With Opera 5.10, Java, JS, and cookies enabled, it works fine for me. Dropdown list has a slew of entries.

While I don't agree with Oracle on the design of their webpages (not being valid HTML, too heavy on images, and FRAMES MUST DIE!), this particular problem wouldn't appear to be on their side.
