Hi folks,

I beg your indulgence for three queries:

[1] We're due to implement a system that includes in it's proposal a single
instance for all databases. I'm trying to come to grips with advantages and/or disadvantages of having all databases in one instance. My "gut" response is why not a separate instance per database as this would segragate each and facilitate overall easier management IMO. As I'm relatively new to this game I'd appreciate feedback from others on pros and cons of each approach.

[2] I've got an annoying problem with the On-Line documentation for my 8i
Rel3 PE. Using IE5 when I fire up the documentation library as soon as it's fully loaded IE5 window closes. Anyone any ideas on what I need to do solve this?.

[3] Any of you folk out there using JD Edwards OneWorld with Oracle and care
to share ideas etc backchannel?. If so feel free to contact. We are shortly due to implment OneWorld Xe on a W2K platform.

Sean :)
