I usually read the release notes pretty thoroughly. The 8.1.6.3.0 + 8.1.6.3.4 patch set combo is comprehensive. YOu are correct, in that some parts of the 8.1.6.1.5 set were missed in 8.1.6.3.0.
They'r ein 8.1.6.3.4.
If you installed the 8.1.6.1.x set and then applied the .3.0 set, you will see that the Univeral installer uninstalls components of the 8.1.6.1.x patch set prior to installing the 8.1.6.3.0 set.

I think that I should have written that as a regular expression.
