Deinstall the product and reinstall it. You may also configure OID manually.

I'm looking for help installing Oracle Internet Directory (8.1.7, Sun Solaris 2.7). The software installation goes fine, but once the OID Configuration Assistant window comes up, everything stops. My database does use the UTF8 character set. Any ideas out there? Thanks.
