Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> RE: can I set a default index tablespace??
Not as far as I know John, if so I should think it would be a part of the ALTER USER command, and there is no listing for this in any manual or book I have read.
List correct me if I'm wrong, as I'd love to see this too..
Regards
Mark

Is it possible to set a default index tablespace, rather than specify it in the create table statement?
Database is 8.1.7
