HELP...Sizing our hardware for Oracle's 11i Apps

TGIF...... We are gathering costs to move from Oracle's 10.7 character version of the apps to there new 11i version. Does anyone know if there are any white papers or sizing matrix on how to size your box(s) for the new 11i environment. I am having trouble finding any info and Oracle is being of no help.

HP-UX shop running 10.7 character apps 7.3.4 db.

Any help would greatly be appreciated!
