ONE approach would be.

of course if the user owns no objects, just user alter user...

By mistake a user was assigned default tablespace SYSTEM. How we can change it to some new tablespace let's say "TBS1" ? Because if we do export and import it will again import into that "SYSTEM" tablespace.
