I am using OEM and its diagnostic pack for the monitoring. I have given me a lot of frustration. I found that once you get something works with OEM, do not touch it, since it is very sensitive to changes. OEM support from Oracle WWS has not been good either. So, my suggestion is, if you look at OEM, you should also look at other software as well.

Hi all! I'm in the processing of evaluating different Oracle Monitoring tools. Any suggestions?
Thanks.
