Hi,

The "vmstat -s" command shows the number of revolutions of clock hand. My SA says that if it increases by 3 or more per minute (i.e. 1 or more per 20 seconds) thhen it indicates a shortage of real memory. I have searched for information on the clock hand revolutions and have not been able to find it. Could someone explain to me what is is. Many thanks.

Long
