oracle 8i NT and Win98

• Oracle 8i Personal Edition - Has anyone downloaded it from OTN?

When installing NT,
  I got stopped on "Credential Retreival Failed"

When installing on Windows ME,
  It said something about the SOURCE and DESTINATION   incorrect.

anybody had similar problems?
