I can't find reference to it anywhere in the new www.oracle.com <http://www.oracle.com> layout.

I am just curious - I had major problems with it when they informed me that taking Microsoft courses on NT wasn't good enough, to be certifiable as an Oracle on NT Master you had to have learned NT from... Oracle. Even though their course names were identical to the MS ones.
