Hi Ravindra,

The largest value the can be stored in an Oracle NUMBER column is

9.999999999999999999999999999999999999999e+125. If you use greater precision
(and thus larger values) in INSERT and UPDATE statements they will either round down (silently) to this value or return an ORA-01426 (numeric overflow) error.
