MTS questions

For MTS experienced users;

I am installing 8.1.7 on Digital Unix (compaq). Received the following error when I tried to create an instance. ORA-600 ( 16305). Metalink says that its a failure from the init.ora parameters but nothing more.

Appreciate any help.
