I agree, I did offline and online off the peak time and I did create another temp to redirect all the user in day time. My apology to the list. The answer is not complete.

That is very hazardous because of the current transactions that might be getting temp segments. Depending on the release you can corrupt the cluster c_ts#. Or at least cancel the transactions. Therefore, create an alternative one, alter user temporary tablespace to that one and verify if someone is still using the tablespace you want to put offline. Then put it online and issue the coalesce stmt.
