Oooppp.... I ordered one of those posters 2 weeks ago and it came today. Very nice.

We have CA-Datacom, Datareporter, Vollie, FAQS, etc. and several other of their products, needless to say our Systems Programmer has become extremely adept at getting out of them what we need. He loves to argue and pesters the living shit out of them until they give in. Of course he (Systems Programmer) maintains that for Mainframe software CA support is just fine, but when you get to PC stuff it falls off quite a bit. CA probably puts all their support dollars into the Mainframe side.
