printing different pitch in text io

gurus,

i'm trying to print different pitches using textio to a printer lq2170.
i've followed the print code for the pitches but it output differently.  if
i make use esc!0 (printer code for normal) , it printed bold condensed. the

printer is in good condition.

any advise to correct it
