the answer is kinda/sorta.

if auditing = true
then
  if auditing for drops
   then

       yes youi can find out
  end if
elsif you're on oracle 8 or 8i
then

   use logminer and yes you can find out(i didnt say it was easy, as its not).
end if

if you need to know how to do it with logminer, let me know, I cover it in an advanced class on logminer, its some serious detective work but can be done.

I have to ask though, who all has the object owner password, or did someone w/dba privilege do it?
