Moving database to another platform with GL app 10.7 Character mode

Hi List,

Currently, we are running Oracle Application 10.7 ( GL and AP modules, character mode) + Oracle Database .. all of them on one AIX box, so now we have plan to move Oracle database to SUN Solaris, and still kept Oracle application on old machine. I wonder about the Oracle Application library (FND) on AIX can connect to new database ?
