ERP config feedback

Hi Folks,

For those of you who may have Oracle App or JD Edwards One World I'd appreciate it if you would take the time to let me know backchannel what:

1) Model Server
2) Disk Storage
3) O.S.  (Unix flavour) 
4) App release

you are using.

Also if you have time ;)
What DBA effort is required for maintenance of these systems, e.g. full time DBA or whatever.
Any serious gotchas you experienced during or after implementation.
