Oracle /SAP DBA Needed in Columbus Ohio..

Position: Oracle /SAP DBA

Location: Columbus Ohio

Salary Range: 75-90K

*Responsibilities
-Responsible for the Oracle Database for the SAP information system.
-Performs all monitoring and Oracle upgrades to SAP R/3, BW, and APO.
-Responsible forinstalls and upgrades to the Oracle Database for new releases
 and maintenance
-Supports the SAO Functional Associates with SAP R3 basis
-Works with the system tools to monitor system performance and Oracle
Database Utilization.
-Change Control and Procedural documentation.
-Develop and maintain database backup and recover jobs.
-Works extensively with UNIX systems Administration and vendor personnel.
-Performs database capacity planning activities.
-Assists in resolution of problems on the Oracle Software and DB.
-Additionally will perform SAP R3 Basis.

*Requirements
-BS in Computer Science
-3-5 years of experience
-1-2 years of SAP Basis experience.
-Experince with Oracle DB Systems
-Knowledge of SAP R3 Basis Administration

• Experience with UNIX Operation Systems with knowledge of Sun Solaris a Plus
  -Able to communicate effectively. Both verbally and in writing
  -Strong planning and organization skills.
  -Able to travel.
  

*Must be US Citizen or have Green Card.
