Carlos,

Oracle produces a small booklet for each of the flavors of Unix (at least they did for HP and Sun Solaris) which gives operating
system hints for improving performance.

I don't have one on hand to give you the exact title or part number but maybe someone else can provide that.

Hi guys,

    Is there anywhere some documents about how to configure an Unix (like memory allocation, kernel configuration, ....) system to improve Oracle performance, the same way there are few good ones to configure NT.
