My personal favorites are the top session monitor, otune32 (the utilities that
can be found on Guy Harrison's web site), sqlplus and vmstat/iostat. Statspack
and/or utlbstat/utlestat are also useful.

Has anyone had the privilege of test driving Savant Diagnostics, Precise SQL and
Oracle Enterprise Manager and formed an opinion of which is the best?
