Good morning Chuan,
Is this not the case with any data extraction and load tool? However IMHO is the question not how long is your row vs your blocksize. If your row does not depass your blocksize then Yes you could do this. However why not just run chained rows or migrated rows check. look at need_reorg.sql on our website.
