How to see the threads of a oracle process on NT Server?

Hi,



How to see the threads of Oracle process running on
an NT Machine? From the Task manager I can only see
Just the 'ORACLE' process I am not able to map which
ORACLE process is for which Database (I have 3 instances
running on my machine).
