I think you should read the doc of that package more clearly. That package is NOT for dumpling table data into text file.

It is for "convert a PL/SQL table of names into a comma-separated list of names"

I've seen somebody talking about DBMS_UTILITY.TABLE_TO_COMMA package to extract table data into a text file. I am trying to use this package and some how am not able to get it work correct. If there is somebody using this
utility, could you please tell me the syntax for this?
