Urgent: Error Message "DE-421452038"

Hi All,
Are there any solutions or ideas to solve this: After processing our application and printing reports, there were some problems in our report log file as follows:
Starting report PRO_TES [Tue Jan 16 18:13:30 2001]... DE-421452038: Error initializing DE. Checking resources is recommended.
REP-0002: Unable to retrieve string from message file. REP-421452038:
End report PRO_TES [Tue Jan 16 18:13:30 2001].

Starting report PRO_END [Tue Jan 16 18:13:30 2001]... DE-421452038: Error initializing DE. Checking resources is recommended.
REP-0002: Unable to retrieve string from message file. REP-421452038:
