Make it as simple as possible.
Stop everything both listeners and make sure that there are no processes hanging around as a result of earlier prespawn servers being started.

Don't use prespawn servers for the moment. You are not cross referencing the same files by chance. Then start up and try it with a simple loopback or two. HTH
