Hi Ajay,

Before changing this (and bouncing the database), can you look at which user wants to exceed the default value of 20. If you are using SYS or SYSTEM to create roles, then these accounts un-necessarily 'collect' these roles since the role gets assigned to the user who creates it as well. Lots of unsuspecting DBAs have been caught by this! You can easily and safely remove such application-related role from these SYS and SYSTEM 'creators'.
