Metalink says this is a Semaphore resource problem, which means reconfiguring your box at the UNIX
system level. In Solaris, I modified our "/etc/system" file for some parameters like SEMMNS etc.

The metalink reference is Note:115235.1
Perhaps your UNIX admin can help raise the max number of semaphores on your box.

As a related question, I personally set my max to 800, up from 200, even though I only need 400. Is
there a performance penalty?
