Hi Pitori,
 Have you contacted Oracle support? Generally ORA-600 with 17148 as the first argument relate to database hanging up from header block corruption. But I have not heard it getting shutdown. You should have a trace file that may contain the SQL statement which may give you an idea as to what data was being accessed and where such possible corruption may have been detected. So, contact Oracle support ASAP..
