Thanx to all the folk who contributed to this thread. It contained a nice blend of humour, honesty, and practical advice I have seen many times in other threads on this list.

So HAPPY CHRISTMAS to one and all as I'm on holidays now until Jan 3rd ;) BUT I will spend some of that time pondering your feedback, as I don't think I'll have this luxury this time next year :(
