The remote_login_password parameter in the init file is probably set to

Subject: [Q] svrmgrl privilege problem on NT?
We have ORACLE 8.1.6 on Win 2000 server. I have following "svrmgrl" privilege problem need help:
svrmgrl
connect internal
password: xxx
ORA-01031: insufficient privilege
connect as sysdba
username: sys
password:
ORA-01031: insufficient privilege
If I use 'sqlplus", then it work fine.
sqlplus
connect sys/XXX as sysdba
Does anyone know why?
Thanks.
