sysdba from different computers.

Hi dear ALL

I can login as sysdba on Oracle8i from one computers and can't login as sysdba from another comp. Why?
REMOTE_LOGIN_PASSWORDFILE=EXCLUSIVE
and locate in %ORACLE_HOME%\DATABASE\
I have NT4 for Oracle server.
