That means you can post it on your local network. You are not to reproduce it on the www at large. The reasoning that Oracle would probably use is that you pay a fee for access to metalink. Reproducing the information from there to non-authorized (non-paying) people would be viewed as a copyright violation or support license violation. Since your folks on the local network are working under a legal support license, reproducing it there shouldn't be a problem. That is provided the posting is not accessable from users outside your network.
