I think that I need to apologize for such generalizing - maybe bad day in the office. This was really this specific person asking specific and not of course all Indian DBAs.

Thank you -- you said it much better than I did.
And I have known DBAs from many countries.... no one country holds
ownership
of "most stupid DBAs" or "most brilliant DBAs". There are good and bad
everywhere.
