Can somebody help with the following problem.......

The Intermec 3400 series label printer is a continuous single feed printer and uses 2"x4" label stock.

In Reports 6i, when you try to setup this printer using File --> Page Setup, or try to print to the Intermec printer when the label is displayed on the screen, "Reports" hangs up an sometimes crashes the computer. It is successful in printing one label if you set the Intermec printer as the default printer. But you cannot print a second one without the program crashing again. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Cindy
