COPY command inside of stored procedure

Hi DBAs,

Does any have an example of using the COPY command in stored procedure. I have one that works
ok in sql plus it works. However when I try to put it in a store procedure both as regular sql or
using dbms_sql I get invalid sql statement although it works outside of stored procedure.
