Hello,

I have load 400 000 000 rows with sqlloader ( in small batchs) I try a lot of other programs ( not Data Junction). And you couldn't do parallel jobs to insert into the DB.
So it was not quick enough.

I hope it will help you Senthil

Regards
Henrik

Try Data Junction at www.datajunction.com cheap and fast.Worked very well for me. If you just have flat ASCII files and don't need to do much data manipulation SQL*Loader should work fine.

Hi all,
Iam going on a conversion project where iam supposed to load data from flatfiles
into Oracle8i tables.
Can anyone tell me whether there are any other tools apart from Sqlloader which
I can use?
If anyone had worked on similar projects,Could you send me some sample scripts
for different types of file formats (using Sqlloader)?

Thanks and regards
Senthil
