What tablespace are you trying to locally manage?
A system one or a user one?

I'm just guessing here - perhaps it could be your COMPATIBLE parameter. I have it set to 8.1.5.0.0 and I can do locally managed tablespaces.

Hi Gang,
Could someone tell me if anything special needs to be done to enable this
feature. I've looked over the docs and can't find anything. When I bring
up DBA Studio the option to make my tablespaces locally managed is greyed
out.
TIA, -Rocky
