I think I remember seeing some freebe with Oraperl.... I have written scripts in the past to go against the system tables to do comparisons on all tables, procs, triggers for other databases like sybase.. fairly easy to write in a day or so if you are good with scripting..

Hit me with shameless plugs here.

Anybody know of any tool/utility etc that will compare schema A on instance A with Schema A on instance B.
Down to the nitty gritty details.
