<p>Try starting your instance again, it should work this time.&nbsp; Then
you need to go back to the $ORACLE_HOME/dbs directory and run orapwd and create your password file for this instance.&nbsp; After that, you can uncomment out the above line in the init.ora and bounce the instance.
