Embarcadero has a suite of tools that I think are great. I've used their DBArtisan on several occassions to *save* the day..... in other words do something that SHOULD be easy but takes forever or is toooo convuluted to do with Oracle's tools:>

(plus with DBArtisan you can generate db scripts based on the object, or whole schema, include constraints or not - Just like ms sql server - oracle doesn't give you this capability - at least in 7.3.4)
