  2. Open a free deja account and add the newsgroup

  4. Unlike the list, all your post to that newsgroup is recorded so you can reference it later on. You can also do a search on errors or problems and see what transpired in the past and share other people's experiences. It's a perfect place for SQL programmers because Thomas Kyte frequents the newsgroup and shows you improved ways of writing your code. The newsgroup also doesn't piss off your E-mail admin (whether you're using a free e-mail service or your company's).
