This was discussed at OpenWorld, I guess. I saw this at an OUG yesterday, and there's free trial logons available. It includes a bunch of online courses. I even sent an email saying Hey, your site crashed, where's my logon, etc. and got a phone call back from Oracle within 10 minutes explaining the problem and encouraging me to use the site. (That's unheard of. Me out of how many people??)

I was hoping to find a course on the 8i upgrade exam, haven't seen it yet. But check it out, there's a lot of info to be had here. Plus I talked my boss into a sound card and extra memory on my PC so I can actually hear what they are saying...! Ha!
