Deepak,

    The last version of personal oracle which was released to work against windows 95 was 8.0.6. You can get Personal Oracle 8i on 98 or NT or Linux but not on 95. For an evaluation copy you can try oracle's ftp site or try oracle's technet site, however I doubt very much you can get a copy that old. Also have you considered Personal Oracle Lite. It sounds lame, but maybe it will work for your purposes.
